I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with more than a decade experience helping people find more intimacy and connection in their lives. I specialize in working with people exploring, experiencing, and evolving in consensual non-monogamy. But I work with plenty of monogamous folks too! My goal is to help you find the life you yearn for, and find ways around the hurdles and stumbling blocks. I strive to create a supportive environment where everyone can feel safe and accepted. I'm not just a poly & kink aware therapist, I'm active in the lifestyles. This gives me a better sense of empathy and helps forge stronger connections between my clients and myself. The most important predictor of success in therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist. Choose someone with whom you can feel free to be yourself and safe to hold nothing back. I connect with clients anywhere across California, Nevada and Utah via privacy-protected online video sessions. With telehealth, it's like my office moves into your living room or wherever you have your computer, tablet, or smart-phone. My rates are $200 for a standard 50 minute hour. I charge the same for individual and relationship therapy. I do have a limited number of openings for individual clients who have most United Health Care, Optima, Oscar and Aetna insurance plans. Please note I no longer am accepting insurance for new couples counseling clients. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to help you get a sense of who I am and how we connect.
